About Me

My interests are law, taxes, women’s social and economic rights.

I am currently representing businesses, individuals and estates with federal and state tax controversies, including audits, appeals, litigation and foreign transactions reporting. Before that I advised private equity funds, insurance and real estate companies on a variety of international tax matters, including cross-border transactions.

I am an international person, having lived in five different countries such as the US, the UK, Germany, Czech Republic and Belarus in the last fifteen years. I hold academic degrees from three different countries. I have received an LL.M. degree from the University of Iowa College of Law, M.A. in Human Rights with Law and Political Science Pathway from the University of Manchester, UK, and Diploma in Law (specialized in business law) from the Belarusian State University. I also attended (audited) international tax law, partnership tax law and corporate tax law classes, Federal Tax Clinical Seminar classes at Harvard Law School.

I am currently working for McMahon & Tivnan, PC. Before joining McMahon & Tivnan, PC, I worked for PwC, and before that I worked at Harvard Law School Federal Tax Clinic.
